Growth & decisions: Daniel's story continues

Daniel is standing on a balcony, thinking about the next version of his life. If he keeps improving, he will be able to apply for better jobs, meet more people, and feel more in control of his time.

He is going to make a plan, but he also knows plans can change. He might move again next year. He could study abroad one day. He asks a mentor, 'Could you tell me what I should focus on next?' What matters is that he is responsible for the progress he keeps choosing.

For the first time, English is not only a subject. It is becoming part of the future he can describe clearly.

Your turn: make it yours

Talk through one decision you are thinking about. Use one real if-sentence, one future plan, one might/could/should sentence, one preposition phrase, one decision expression, and one polite indirect question.
