Say it slow. Keep it clean. Feel the core order.

  5. They rarely watch TV at night.
  6. I never skip breakfast on weekdays.
  7. She usually finishes early on Mondays.

  10. They always arrive on time.
  11. SET 2 – Lift the Middle (3Γ—10)

    Same meaning. Smooth shift. Slightly faster.

  12. I drink coffee usually in the morning.
  13. She checks her phone always after work.
  14. We eat out sometimes on Fridays.
  15. He works late often during the week.
  16. They watch TV rarely at night.
  17. I skip breakfast never on weekdays.
  18. She finishes early usually on Mondays.

  22. SET 3 – Natural Choice (3Γ—8)

    Hear it. Choose it. Say it once.

  23. Say the sentence twice.
  24. First: neutral order.
  25. Second: lifted word feels more natural.
