SET 1 – PAST FRAME ANCHOR (3×10)

You are inside the past.

Use simple, continuous, and past perfect naturally — no drifting.

  2. She had already decided before the discussion started.
  3. We were dealing with several issues that week.
  4. He realized something wasn’t working anymore.
  5. They had been expecting problems, so the delay didn’t shock them.
  6. I thought it made sense back then.
  7. She was handling most of the pressure herself.
  8. We had discussed this long before it became public.
  9. He noticed the change while things were moving fast.
  10. They understood the consequences and accepted them.
  11. SET 2 – PRESENT FRAME ANCHOR (3×10)

    You are inside now.

    Use simple, continuous, and present perfect as natives do.

  12. Right now, we deal with this kind of issue regularly.
  13. She has already explained the situation clearly.
  14. We are still working through the details.
  15. He knows exactly where the risk is.
  16. They have been pushing hard to meet the deadline.
  17. I feel the pressure more these days.
  18. She has changed how she approaches the problem.

  22. SET 3 – FUTURE FRAME ANCHOR (3×8)

    You are inside a forward plan.

    Use future, present-for-future, and perfect naturally.

  24. By next week, she will have settled into the role.
  25. We are meeting the client on Friday to finalize things.
  26. He will be handling the transition himself.
  27. By then, they will have learned what works best.
  28. I will know more once the results come in.
