SET 1 – One-Minute to 45 Seconds (4×1)
Speak for 60 seconds.
Topic: A recent experience.
- Explain it normally.
- Then summarize the same story in 45 seconds.
- Focus only on:
- Start with the conclusion:
- Then add one short explanation.
- State the problem.
- State the action.
- State the result.
- “What matters is…”
- “The important part is…”
- One clear sentence.
- One reason.
- One expected result.
- What happened
- Why it mattered
- The result
Cut unnecessary details.
Upgrade hint:
Instead of:

Use:

SET 2 – Main Point First (4×1)
Speak for 45 seconds.
Topic: A decision you made.
