SET 1 – One-Minute to 45 Seconds (4×1)

Speak for 60 seconds.

Topic: A recent experience.

  1. Explain it normally.
  2. Then summarize the same story in 45 seconds.
  3. Focus only on:
  4. - What happened

    - Why it mattered

    - The result

    Cut unnecessary details.

    Upgrade hint:

    Instead of:

    ❌ “So basically, what happened was kind of a long situation…”

    Use:

    ✅ “Here’s what happened.”

    SET 2 – Main Point First (4×1)

    Speak for 45 seconds.

    Topic: A decision you made.

  5. Start with the conclusion:

    - “In short…”

    - “The key point is…”

  7. Then add one short explanation.
  8. Don’t build slowly. Lead with clarity.

    SET 3 – Reduce to 30 Seconds (4×1)

    Speak for 30 seconds.

    Topic: A challenge you faced.

  9. State the problem.
  10. State the action.
  11. State the result.
  12. No extra examples. No side stories.

    Speak for 20–30 seconds.

    Topic: Your current goal.

    Structure:

  16. One clear sentence.
  17. One reason.
