How to train (quick guide)
- Read Set 1 once quietly.
- Say all reps out loud.
- Do sets in order.
- Repeat the whole exercise 2 times.

Rule: Each sentence must stay natural and connected. No overthinking.
Set 1 — Basic Connection
Read the base sentence. Add one short clause to the end.
- I sent the email ↺ because it was urgent.
- She stayed late ↺ to finish the report.
- He lowered his voice ↺ so no one else could hear.
- The meeting, ↺ which started late, ended quickly.
- She grabbed her jacket, ↺ even though it was warm, and left.
- The plan, ↺ as we discussed earlier, still makes sense.
- I’ll call you later ↺ once I get home.
- They changed the design ↺ after the feedback came in.
- He smiled ↺ as if he already knew the answer.
Set 2 — Mid-Sentence Control
Insert a clause naturally in the middle of the sentence.
Set 3 — Smooth Finish
Complete each sentence with a natural closing clause.
Read all sentences out loud once. Focus on flow, not speed.
