How to train (quick guide)

No over-explaining. No nervous laughter tone.
Common boundary chunks:

- That doesn’t work for me.

- That’s not something I can take on right now.
- I’m going to skip that — I’ve got too much on my plate.
- I’m not comfortable with that, and I’d prefer another option.
- I’m going to pass on that since my schedule’s full.

- I’d rather not take responsibility for that.
- I’m not available for that, but I can suggest someone else.

Short. Direct. Calm.
SET 2 – Boundary + Light Reason (3×8)
Add one short explanation.
SET 3 – Boundary Under Pressure (3×8)
Speak slightly faster. Stay steady and firm.

Say no to a small request out loud.
Set one boundary clearly without apologizing too much.
Speak for 60 seconds explaining a limit calmly.
