How to train (quick guide)
- Read Set 1 once quietly.
- Say all reps out loud.
- Do sets in order.
- Repeat the whole exercise 2 times.

Speak for 30 seconds about your day.
- If you make a small mistake, fix one word only.
- Do not start again.
- Continue immediately.
- If you stop, take a short breath.
- Continue with a new short sentence.
- No silence longer than 2 seconds.
- Keep sentences short.
- If you hesitate, continue with βandβ or βso.β
- Stay calm. No frustration.
Example rhythm:
βI goβ I went to work, and I came back early.β
SET 2 β Pause and Continue (3Γ1)
Speak for 30 seconds about yesterday.
Example rhythm:
βI stayed homeβ¦ then I watched a movie.β
SET 3 β Calm Recovery (3Γ1)
Speak for 30 seconds about tomorrow.

Say 2 short sentences without stopping.
Say 1 sentence and fix one small mistake.
Say 1 full sentence calmly and clearly.
