How to train (quick guide)

Do not restart the sentence. Keep going.

SET 1 – Self-Correct and Move On (3Γ—1)

Speak for 30 seconds about your day.

  1. If you make a small mistake, fix one word only.
  2. Do not start again.
  3. Continue immediately.
  4. Example rhythm:

    β€œI goβ€” I went to work, and I came back early.”

    SET 2 – Pause and Continue (3Γ—1)

    Speak for 30 seconds about yesterday.

  5. If you stop, take a short breath.
  6. Continue with a new short sentence.
  7. No silence longer than 2 seconds.
  8. Example rhythm:

    β€œI stayed home… then I watched a movie.”

    SET 3 – Calm Recovery (3Γ—1)

    Speak for 30 seconds about tomorrow.

  9. Keep sentences short.
  10. If you hesitate, continue with β€œand” or β€œso.”
  11. Stay calm. No frustration.
