How to train (quick guide)

- Say all reps out loud.

Don’t change the meaning by moving “only,” “just,” or “even.”
SET 1 – Using “Only” Precisely (3×5)
Focus changes depending on position.
- I only asked a question.
- I asked only one question.
- I only met her once.
- We only needed five minutes.
- He only wanted an answer.
- I just needed a minute.
- She just wanted to explain.
- We just missed the train.
- He just forgot to call.
- They just needed more time.
- I didn’t even realize it.
- She didn’t even try to explain.
- We didn’t even notice the change.
- At least we finished on time.
- At least he admitted the mistake.
SET 2 – Using “Just” Naturally (3×5)
Keep tone natural and controlled.
SET 3 – Adding Emphasis Carefully (3×5)
Use “even” and “at least” without breaking structure.

Say one sentence and change the position of “only.”
Explain how the meaning changes.
Repeat the final version smoothly without pausing.
