How to train (quick guide)

Show the difference between before and now. Keep both times clear.

Use one past part + one present part. No extra clauses.

Two short parts. Clear time change.

  4. He didn’t like it before, but he likes it now.
  5. They lived nearby before, but they live far now.
  6. I didn’t cook before, but I cook now.
  7. She felt shy before, but she feels confident now.
  8. We didn’t talk much before, but we talk every day now.
  9. SET 2 – Small Real Changes (2×8)

    Same contrast. Everyday life.

  10. I didn’t sleep well before, but I sleep better now.
  11. She didn’t drive before, but she drives now.
  12. We didn’t exercise before, but we exercise now.
  13. He didn’t wake up early before, but he wakes up early now.
  14. They didn’t study much before, but they study now.
  15. I wasn’t busy before, but I’m busy now.
  16. She wasn’t confident before, but she’s confident now.
