How to train (quick guide)
- Read Set 1 once quietly.
- Say all reps out loud.
- Do sets in order.
- Repeat the whole exercise 2 times.
🏋️ Negation Flip – Reps: 3×12
Train how to flip a sentence naturally from positive to negative.
Focus on smooth tone and correct stress on not or the helper verb.

Stress not clearly, but don’t make it heavy.
Keep the flow after the change.
SET 1 – Say and Flip (3×12)
Say each sentence. Then say its negative.
- I like it. → I don’t like it.
- She knows him. → She doesn’t know him.
- We can go. → We can’t go.
- They are ready. → They aren’t ready.
- He’s tired. → He isn’t tired.
- I was late. → I wasn’t late.
- It’s working. → It isn’t working.
- We’re hungry. → We aren’t hungry.
- She likes tea. → She doesn’t like tea.
- I finished. → I didn’t finish.
- I like it / I don’t like it
- She knows him / She doesn’t know him
- We can go / We can’t go
- They are ready / They aren’t ready
- He’s tired / He isn’t tired
- “I’m happy.” → “You’re not happy.”
- “It’s easy.” → “It’s not easy.”
- “They’re coming.” → “They’re not coming.”
🎧 Say it once slowly, then again naturally.
Keep the stress on not or the helper verb only.
SET 2 – Speed Flow (3×10)
Say both versions without stopping.
🗣 Say it as one rhythm line.
Don’t pause between the two sentences.
SET 3 – Quick Flip Challenge (3×8)
Someone says a positive. You flip it instantly.
Examples:

Record five short sentences with both versions (positive + negative).
Example:
I’m ready. I’m not ready.
Listen for even rhythm and light stress on not.
