How to train (quick guide)
- Read Set 1 once quietly.
- Say all reps out loud.
- Do sets in order.
- Repeat the whole exercise 2 times.
🏋️ Thought Group Rhythm (Speak in Chunks) – Reps: 3×6
Group words into natural thought units. Don’t speak word-by-word.

Pause only between thought groups, not after every word.
SET 1 – Basic Thought Groups (3×6)
Speak in natural chunks.
- I didn’t expect it | to happen that fast.
- We were planning | to leave early.
- I thought it would work | but it didn’t.
- She was trying | to explain something.
- It wasn’t a big deal | at the time.
- I just needed | a little more time.
- I didn’t expect it to happen that fast | especially not today.
- We were planning to leave early | but things changed.
- I thought it would work | until I saw the results.
- She was trying to explain something | but nobody listened.
- It wasn’t a big deal at the time | but now it matters.
- I just needed a little more time | to figure it out.
- I didn’t really think about it | until you mentioned it.
- We probably should’ve talked about it | before making a decision.

SET 2 – Longer Thought Groups (3×6)
Keep rhythm. Don’t flatten everything.
(Speak in 2–3 balanced chunks.)
SET 3 – Natural Flow Under Control (3×6)
Keep stress inside the chunk. Light pause between chunks.

Say one longer sentence about today.
Break it into 2–3 natural thought groups.
Pause only between ideas — not randomly.
