Only one filler per sentence. Keep it light.
SET 1 – Starting a Thought (2×8)
Say the sentence with one natural filler.
- It was good. → Well, it was good.
- I don’t know. → I mean, I don’t know.
- That’s true. → Yeah, that’s true.
- It depends. → Well, it depends.
- I’m not sure. → Honestly, I’m not sure.
- That’s interesting. → Actually, that’s interesting.
- I agree. → Yeah, I agree.
- I forgot. → Oh, I forgot.
- I didn’t really like it.
- I think it could work.
- I’m not completely sure.
- That might be a problem.
- I’ve never tried that.
- It sounds kind of interesting.
- I don’t really agree with that.
- It was harder than I expected.
SET 2 – Inside Real Answers (2×8)
Add one natural filler at the beginning.

Answer one question about your day using one filler.
Disagree with something gently using one filler.
Explain something briefly using one filler at the start.

Notice how speakers use light fillers at the beginning of answers — not in every sentence.

You don’t sound robotic when answering.
You don’t overuse fillers.
Adding one filler feels natural, not forced.
