Slow and even. No rush.

  1. “Yeah, I think so.”
  2. “Yeah, I think so, actually.”
  3. “Yeah, I think so, actually, because it makes sense.”
  4. “Yeah, I think so, actually, because it makes sense right now.”
  5. → Loop the pattern.

    → Change only the last chunk.

    SET 2 – Long Flow (4×12) 🌊

    Medium speed. Smooth breathing.

  6. “I’d say yes, but I need a second.”
  7. “I’d say yes, but I need a second to check.”
  8. “I’d say yes, but I need a second to check first.”
  9. “I’d say yes, but I need a second to check first, honestly.”
  10. → No pauses.

    → One breath per sentence.

    SET 3 – Pressure Endurance (4×10) 🔥

    Faster. Same shape. Don’t shorten.

  11. “Not yet, I’m still thinking.”
  12. “Not yet, I’m still thinking about it.”
  13. “Not yet, I’m still thinking about it a bit.”
  14. “Not yet, I’m still thinking about it a bit more.”
  15. → Keep not yet clear.

    → Don’t drop words.

    SET 4 – Free Loop (3×12) 🌀

    Your turn. Same idea. One answer.

  16. Start with a short answer.
  17. Loop it 3–4 times.
  18. Add one small extension each time.
  19. Examples:

  20. “Probably.” → “Probably, yeah.” → “Probably, yeah, later.”
  21. “I don’t think so.” → “I don’t think so, honestly.” → “I don’t think so, honestly, right now.”
