How to train (quick guide)
  1. Read Set 1 once quietly.
  2. Say all reps out loud.
  3. Do sets in order.
  4. Repeat the whole exercise 2 times.

Link simple ideas. Don’t stop between sentences.

Use only “and” or “but.” Keep sentences short.

SET 1 – Add “And” (3×1)

Speak for 30 seconds.

  1. Start with one simple sentence.
  2. Add another idea using “and.”
  3. Keep everything short and clear.
  4. Example rhythm:

    “I woke up late, and I rushed.”

    “I made coffee, and I left.”

    SET 2 – Add “But” (3×1)

    Speak for 30 seconds.

  5. Say one simple idea.
  6. Add contrast using “but.”
  7. Don’t pause too long before “but.”
  8. Example rhythm:

    “I wanted to go, but I was tired.”

    “It looked easy, but it wasn’t.”

    SET 3 – Mix “And” + “But” (3×1)

    Speak for 30 seconds.

  9. Use both connectors naturally.
  10. Keep one clause before and after.
  11. Stay calm. Keep going.

Say 1 sentence about today using both.
