Start speaking within 2 seconds. No silence. No full reset.
SET 1 – Immediate Response (4×1)
Answer each question for 60–90 seconds.
- What are you working on right now?
- Why did you choose your current job?
- What’s something you’ve changed recently?
- What are you planning next month?
- What’s a recent challenge you faced?
- What motivates you?
- What’s something you’re trying to improve?
- What happened
- Why
- What you learned
- Change direction once.
- Say something like:
- Speak slightly faster than comfortable.
- If you hesitate, continue with:
Start speaking immediately. Add at least one reason.
SET 2 – Add Structure Under Speed (4×1)
Answer for 90 seconds.
Structure:
Keep your rhythm steady.
SET 3 – Controlled Redirection (4×1)
Answer for 90 seconds.
During your answer:
- “Actually…”
- “The thing is…”
- “What I realized was…”
Keep speaking. Don’t lose flow.
SET 4 – Pressure Simulation (4×1)
Answer for 90 seconds.
- “And…”
- “What I mean is…”
No stopping. No restarting.
