Answer quickly. Stay clear. Keep control.

Start speaking within 2 seconds. No silence. No full reset.

SET 1 – Immediate Response (4×1)

Answer each question for 60–90 seconds.

  1. What are you working on right now?
  2. Why did you choose your current job?
  3. What’s something you’ve changed recently?
  4. What are you planning next month?
  5. Start speaking immediately. Add at least one reason.

    SET 2 – Add Structure Under Speed (4×1)

    Answer for 90 seconds.

  6. What’s a recent challenge you faced?
  7. What motivates you?
  8. What’s something you’re trying to improve?
  9. Structure:

  10. What happened
  11. Why
  12. What you learned
  13. Keep your rhythm steady.

    SET 3 – Controlled Redirection (4×1)

    Answer for 90 seconds.

    During your answer:

  14. Change direction once.
  15. Say something like:
  16. - “Actually…”

    - “The thing is…”

    - “What I realized was…”

    Keep speaking. Don’t lose flow.

    SET 4 – Pressure Simulation (4×1)

    Answer for 90 seconds.

  17. Speak slightly faster than comfortable.
  18. If you hesitate, continue with:
- “So…”

- “And…”

- “What I mean is…”

No stopping. No restarting.
