Keep small words (to, of, for, and, a, the) soft and quick.
SET 1 – Light Grammar Words (3×6)
Say it naturally. Don’t stress the small words.
- I NEED to GO.
- She WANTS a CAR.
- We WAITED for HOURS.
- He LEFT in the MORNING.
- They PAID for DINNER.
- I CALLED her YESTERDAY.
- I NEED to TALK to YOU about it.
- She WANTED to BUY a NEW phone.
- We WAITED for the BUS for an HOUR.
- He LEFT the OFFICE in the MORNING.
- They PAID for the MEAL at the END.
- I CALLED her after the MEETING.
- I WASN’T trying to ARGUE.
- We SHOULD’VE talked about it EARLIER.
- I DON’T really THINK it’s WORTH it.
- She DIDN’T want to GO there.
- It DOESN’T really MAKE sense.
- I CAN’T believe it HAPPENED.
(Content words strong. Small words soft.)
SET 2 – Longer Sentences (3×6)
Keep rhythm natural. No equal stress.
(Don’t say every word equally. Let small words fade.)
SET 3 – Natural Conversation Flow (3×6)
Keep contrast clear. Drop unnecessary weight.

Notice which words actually carry meaning.
