How to train (quick guide)
- Read Set 1 once quietly.
- Say all reps out loud.
- Do sets in order.
- Repeat the whole exercise 2 times.

Train English where the verb fully controls what follows.
Repeat exact patterns. Do not change wording.
Rule: Start the sentence → hold the structure → finish strong.
Set 1 — Verb + THAT-Clause (Hard Grip)
Repeat each sentence exactly as written.
- He insisted that the plan was correct.
- She confirmed that the order was processed.
- They admitted that the error was serious.
- We agreed that the deadline was realistic.
- He denied that he was involved.
- She explained that the delay was unavoidable.
- They acknowledged that the results were disappointing.
- We concluded that the risk was too high.
- He insisted on his position.
- She focused on the main issue.
- They relied on expert advice.
- We decided on the final option.
- He commented on the proposal.
- She agreed on the basic terms.
- They acted on new information.
- We depended on external support.
- She allowed him to leave early.
- We advised them to wait.
- They forced us to respond.
- He reminded her to call.
- She warned him to be careful.
- We encouraged them to apply.
- They expected us to comply.
- He instructed her to proceed.

Say one sentence from each set.
If nothing drops or trails off, the grip held.
