Starter focus: Short, clean sentences. One idea. Slow and clear.
How to train (quick guide)
- Read Set 1 once quietly.
- Say all reps out loud.
- Do sets in order.
- Repeat the whole exercise 2 times.

Train long, natural sentences with steady rhythm and zero panic.
Rule: Keep moving forward. Donβt fix. Donβt restart.
π Set 2 β Connector Endurance (Reps: 1Γ10)
Write 10 sentences, each using one connector.
Do not repeat the same connector twice in a row.
Example:
- I wanted to go out, but it started raining.
- I stayed inside because the weather felt heavy.
- I opened a window while the rain was falling.
- I didnβt plan to stay long, but we kept talking.
- At some point I realized it was already dark.

π Set 4 β Natural Wrap (Reps: 1Γ10)
Write 10 sentences as if talking casually to a friend.
No formal tone. No polishing.
