Starter

Focus: Endurance

Starter focus: Short, clean sentences. One idea. Slow and clear.

How to train (quick guide)
  1. Read Set 1 once quietly.
  2. Say all reps out loud.
  3. Do sets in order.
  4. Repeat the whole exercise 2 times.

πŸ‹οΈ Endurance Flow – Reps: 4Γ—10

Train long, natural sentences with steady rhythm and zero panic.

Rule: Keep moving forward. Don’t fix. Don’t restart.

πŸ” Set 2 β€” Connector Endurance (Reps: 1Γ—10)

Write 10 sentences, each using one connector.

Do not repeat the same connector twice in a row.

Example:

  1. I wanted to go out, but it started raining.
  2. I stayed inside because the weather felt heavy.
  3. I opened a window while the rain was falling.
  4. β†Ί Keep rotating connectors naturally.

πŸ” Set 4 β€” Natural Wrap (Reps: 1Γ—10)

Write 10 sentences as if talking casually to a friend.

    No formal tone. No polishing.

    Example:

  5. I didn’t plan to stay long, but we kept talking.
  6. At some point I realized it was already dark.
β†Ί Let sentences breathe and flow.

Cooldown:

Read everything once.

Notice where your breath tightens β€” that’s your next endurance target.
