How to train (quick guide)
- Read Set 1 once quietly.
- Say all reps out loud.
- Do sets in order.
- Repeat the whole exercise 2 times.
🏋️ Defining Relative Clauses (Who / That / Where) – Reps: 2×8
Add extra information clearly. Keep the sentence stable.
⚠️ RULE
👀 Read → 🗣 Speak → ➡️ Keep normal word order
Don’t pause before the relative word.
Example:
She’s the person who called me.
❌ Not: who did call me
SET 1 – Who / That (People & Things) (2×8)
Keep it smooth. No inversion.
- She’s the person who helped me.
- He’s the guy who fixed it.
- That’s the place that closed early.
- It’s the movie that won the award.
- She’s the one who knows the answer.
- That’s the problem that caused it.
- He’s the friend who lives nearby.
- It’s the idea that makes sense.
- This is the place where I work.
- That’s the city where she grew up.
- It’s the restaurant where we met.
- This is the room where it happened.
- That’s the house where he lives.
- It’s the park where they play.
- This is the office where she works.
- That’s the café where we talked.
SET 2 – Where (Places) (2×8)
Keep the verb order normal.

Describe 1 person using “who.”
Describe 1 place using “where.”
Describe 1 thing using “that.”
✅ Finish when
You don’t pause before “who / that / where.”
You don’t change the word order.
The full sentence flows naturally without restarting.
