SET 1 – Hold and Expand (4×1)

Speak for 90 seconds.

Topic: A recent project or task.

  1. Start clearly.
  2. Expand one idea.
  3. Add one example.
  4. Keep control of your speaking turn.
  5. Do not rush. Do not cut yourself off.

    SET 2 – Yield and Continue (4×1)

    Speak for 90 seconds.

    During your answer:

  6. Pause briefly.
  7. Add a soft transition like:
  8. - “But at the same time…”

    - “What’s interesting is…”

    - “That being said…”

  9. Continue your original idea.
  10. Stay balanced. Stay steady.

    SET 3 – Controlled Interruption Recovery (4×1)

    Imagine someone interrupts you.

    During your 90 seconds:

  11. Pause.
  12. Respond briefly.
  13. Return to your original point using:
  14. - “Anyway…”

    - “As I was saying…”

    - “Going back to that…”

    Do not lose your structure.

    SET 4 – Shared Turn Simulation (4×1)

    Speak for 90 seconds.

    Every 20–30 seconds:

  15. Insert a natural yield phrase:
  16. - “What do you think?”

    - “Does that make sense?”

    - “Have you experienced that?”

    Then continue speaking smoothly.

    Keep your tone calm and confident.
