SET 1 – Hold and Expand (4×1)
Speak for 90 seconds.
Topic: A recent project or task.
- Start clearly.
- Expand one idea.
- Add one example.
- Keep control of your speaking turn.
- Pause briefly.
- Add a soft transition like:
- Continue your original idea.
- Pause.
- Respond briefly.
- Return to your original point using:
- Insert a natural yield phrase:
- Speak.
- Yield.
- Return.
- Stay structured.
Do not rush. Do not cut yourself off.
SET 2 – Yield and Continue (4×1)
Speak for 90 seconds.
During your answer:
- “But at the same time…”
- “What’s interesting is…”
- “That being said…”
Stay balanced. Stay steady.
SET 3 – Controlled Interruption Recovery (4×1)
Imagine someone interrupts you.
During your 90 seconds:
- “Anyway…”
- “As I was saying…”
- “Going back to that…”
Do not lose your structure.
SET 4 – Shared Turn Simulation (4×1)
Speak for 90 seconds.
Every 20–30 seconds:
- “What do you think?”
- “Does that make sense?”
- “Have you experienced that?”
Then continue speaking smoothly.
Keep your tone calm and confident.
