Lift your voice on the last word.

  5. Is it working? β†—
  6. Do you understand? β†—
  7. Can he help? β†—
  8. Is this yours? β†—
  9. (Voice goes up slightly at the end.)

    SET 2 – Slightly Longer Questions (2Γ—8)

    Keep the rise on the last word.

  11. Did she finish the project? β†—
  12. Is it going to rain? β†—
  13. Do you need help with that? β†—
  14. Are they still waiting? β†—
  15. Can we talk later? β†—
  16. Did you see the message? β†—
