Starter focus: Short, clean sentences. One idea. Slow and clear.

How to train (quick guide)
  1. Read Set 1 once quietly.
  2. Say all reps out loud.
  3. Do sets in order.
  4. Repeat the whole exercise 2 times.

🏋️ Clear “TH” Sound (Basic) – Reps: 2×8

Don’t replace “th” with “t” or “d.” Say it clearly.

⚠️ RULE
👀 Read slowly → 🗣 Say the “TH” clearly
Don’t change it to “t” or “d.”

SET 1 – Simple “TH” Words (2×8)

Say the “th” clearly.

  1. think
  2. thank
  3. three
  4. this
  5. that
  6. them
  7. there
  8. those
  9. (Slow. Clear. No “tink” or “dis.”)

    SET 2 – Inside Short Sentences (2×8)

    Keep “th” clear inside the sentence.

  10. I think so.
  11. Thank you.
  12. I have three ideas.
  13. This is good.
  14. That was fast.
  15. I saw them.
  16. It’s over there.
  17. Those are mine.
(Don’t avoid the “th.” Say it calmly and clearly.)

🧊 COOL DOWN

Say 3 short sentences using “this,” “that,” or “think.”

Slow down slightly and keep “th” clear.

Don’t rush the sound.

Notice how often “this,” “that,” and “think” appear in speech.

✅ Finish when

You stop replacing “th” with “t” or “d.”

The sound feels less uncomfortable.

You can say it clearly without slowing too much.
