How to train (quick guide)
- Read Set 1 once quietly.
- Say all reps out loud.
- Do sets in order.
- Repeat the whole exercise 2 times.

Say what is necessary or not necessary. Keep it simple.

👀 Read → 🗣 Speak → ➡️ Use “have to” clearly
One clause only. Don’t add extra ideas.
SET 1 – Necessary (2×8)
Short. Everyday obligations.
- I have to leave early.
- She has to work today.
- We have to finish this.
- He has to call her.
- They have to decide now.
- I have to wake up early.
- She has to study tonight.
- We have to try again.
- I don’t have to go.
- She doesn’t have to come.
- We don’t have to hurry.
- He doesn’t have to explain.
- They don’t have to pay.
- I don’t have to work today.
- She doesn’t have to answer now.
- We don’t have to decide yet.
SET 2 – Not Necessary (2×8)
Clear negative meaning.
🧊 COOL DOWN
Say 3 things you have to do this week.
Say 2 things you don’t have to do today.
Say 1 thing you really don’t want to do but have to.
✅ Finish when
You don’t forget “has to” with he/she.
You don’t confuse it with “have.”
You can say all reps smoothly without stopping.
