How to train (quick guide)

  2. Say all reps out loud.

Say what you plan to do. Keep it clear and simple.

Use “going to” once. One clause only.

SET 1 – Simple Future Plans (2×8)

Short. Clear intention.

  1. I’m going to leave early.
  2. She’s going to call me.
  3. We’re going to eat outside.
  4. He’s going to start tomorrow.
  5. They’re going to visit us.
  6. I’m going to check later.
  7. She’s going to study tonight.
  8. We’re going to try again.
  9. SET 2 – Future + Small Detail (2×8)

    Add one short detail. Still one clause.

  10. I’m going to leave early today.
  11. She’s going to call me later.
  12. We’re going to eat outside tonight.
  13. He’s going to start next week.
  14. They’re going to visit us soon.
  15. I’m going to check it again.
  16. She’s going to study after work.
  17. We’re going to try again tomorrow.

Say 3 things you’re going to do today.

Say 1 plan for tomorrow.

Say 1 small plan for this week.

✅ Finish when

You don’t switch to present by accident.

You don’t forget “going to.”

You can say all reps smoothly without stopping.
