Basic Questions in Real Life

  1. Do not memorize first.
  2. Say the sentence even if it feels slow.
  3. Rest 10 seconds between sets.
  4. Stop when the pattern feels easier to repeat.

Use yes/no questions when the answer can be yes or no.

Daniel's story

  1. Are you okay?
  2. Is this the right bus?
  3. Is this my street?
  4. Is the apartment small?
  5. Are you happy?
  6. Is tomorrow his first day at work?

Real examples

  1. Are you ready?
  2. Are you tired?

Short answers

  1. Yes, I am.

  3. Answer with short answers.

Use wh-questions to ask for information.
