How to train (quick guide)

  2. Say all reps out loud.

Keep sentences short. No long pauses.

SET 1 – Add Time + Place (3Γ—1)

Speak for 30 seconds.

  1. Start with a simple sentence.
  2. Add when it happened.
  3. Add where it happened.
  4. Continue calmly.
  5. Helpful prompts:

    β€’ When did it happen? (today / yesterday / this morning)

    β€’ Where were you? (at home / at work / outside)

    Example rhythm:

    β€œI woke up late. This morning. At home.”

    β€œI met a friend. Yesterday. At a cafΓ©.”

    SET 2 – Add Who + Feeling (3Γ—1)

    Speak for 30 seconds.

  6. Say what happened.
  7. Add who was there.
  8. Add how you felt.
  9. Keep sentences short.
  10. Helpful prompts:

    β€’ Who was with you? (my friend / my sister / my coworker)

    β€’ How did you feel? (tired / happy / stressed)

    Example rhythm:

    β€œI watched a movie. With my brother. It was fun.”

    β€œI had a meeting. With my team. I felt nervous.”

    SET 3 – Add Reason + Next Step (3Γ—1)

    Speak for 30 seconds.

  11. Say what happened.
  12. Add a short reason using β€œbecause.”
  13. Say what happened next.
  14. Keep going.
Helpful prompts:

β€’ Why? (because I was tired / because it was raining)

β€’ What happened next? (then I left / then I called someone)

Example rhythm:

β€œI stayed home because I was tired. Then I went to bed.”

β€œI left early because it was busy. Then I came back later.”

Say one short 3–4 sentence story.
